Rates
Rates vary depending on the time of year, building you choose, and length of your stay.

Deposit
A 50% deposit is due at the time you place your reservation. Your remaining balance will be due four weeks prior to your check-in date. We accept money orders and personal checks. We currently do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
Since we are a modestly sized lodging destination, cancellations impact us significantly. Your deposit will be 100% refundable if your cancellation is received before March 1st. Cancellations after this date result in a loss of your refund, unless we are able to re-rent your accommodations. If we are able to re-rent we will refund your deposit less a $150 processing fee.
